We're enhancing the security of myPatient Payment Management to help better protect your personal and financial information.

In the coming weeks, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be required when you sign into your myPatient Payment Management account. MFA adds an extra layer of security by asking you to verify your identity during login.

Once enabled, you will receive a one-time verification code at your email address each time additional identity verification is needed. Simply enter the code to securely access your account, view statements, and manage payments.

No action is required at this time. We will provide additional information when this change takes place.
